Welcome back to outdoor sports
Dear Member,
We are pleased to be able to reopen the golf course, all weather tennis courts, croquet lawns and the gardens for walking and relaxation for Members. There inevitably are some restrictions as the Covid-19 pandemic continues to present great challenges and even though we are going to restart activity this week we must ensure that the safety of all Members and staff involved is the priority at all times.
◊ The Board of Directors has approved that the golf course open for play from 8am on Saturday 16th May.
◊ Croquet lawns open for play from 12 noon on Saturday 16th May.
◊ Tennis courts (all weather only) and our gardens open Thursday 14th May
◊ Grass tennis courts to open 1st June but if weather permitting we hope to open some earlier on Tuesday 26th May.
◊ Outdoor 1:1 Personal Training sessions available from Monday 18th May – email emily.hurse@roehamptonclub.co.uk
◊ The gym, indoor pool, outdoor pool, squash courts, indoor tennis courts and Clubhouse remain closed until further notice as per Government regulations. We will review our reopening policies again for 1st June.
◊ Members must have a booking to visit the Club and access is via the back gate and main front gates as usual
◊ Accessible Croquet Pavilion toilet open for all to use

This practical guide, prepared by our team in consultation with industry and medical experts, outlines the robust, monitored measures Roehampton Club has taken as we endeavour to help safeguard our staff and Members during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our measures and procedures are under daily review, updated as advice from the Government, health authorities and governing bodies evolves in line with the gradual lifting of social restrictions.

We must advise all Members that if they come to the Club they do so at their own risk, and we will endeavour to ensure the Club is a safe environment but this cannot be guaranteed. Our initial approach is to minimise any risk to Members or staff, and we look forward to welcoming you back to the Club, but please be patient while we take phased steps to re-opening all the activities.
