Junior Golf
The Junior Golf section operates to the English Golf Union GolfMark standard. This demonstrates excellence in standards for junior golf in the following areas: duty of care to Juniors, well-structured coaching programmes, a safe and equitable environment, child protection, charity work and equality.
In 2022, Roehampton Club was awarded the SafeGolf national golf accreditation for safeguarding. SafeGolf is the safeguarding standard England Golf promotes to all their affiliated clubs to ensure a safe and positive experience to children and young people while playing golf. Coaching
We offer weekly after school and weekend golf coaching throughout the year for all standards. Juniors can play in competitions throughout the season including regular competitive play. There are also pre-season and end of season competitions to play in, including the Junior Masters, Ryder Cup, Club Championships and National Skills Challenge.
Junior Golf Passport
As part of the Junior development programme, we use the Junior Golf Passport, a structured learning scheme developed by the Junior Golf Foundation to encompass all areas of the game. All our Junior golfers work towards completing the Junior Golf Passport in order to play in competitions. On completion of the Passport scheme, the Junior will be allocated a handicap by the Junior Organiser.

Roehampton Club is home to an impressive range of sports facilities, a variety of games and activities, experienced staff and social events that offer the opportunity for Members, their friends and family to come together for competition, coaching, fun and relaxation.
