Welcome back to tennis

♦ Tennis courts bookable 7 days in advance. (bookings open at 8am)

♦ When booking any court ALL players names must appear on the booking (LTA Covid-19 guidelines)

♦ Members can book 90 minutes of indoor court time per day.

♦ Late Cancelation policy – Indoor courts must be cancelled 12 hours (minimum) before the booking start time to avoid booking penalties.

♦ Indoor courts that are booked and not used will also result in booking penalties.

♦ All booked courts must be ‘checked in’ you can do this using GPS check in on your smart phone or at Reception.

♦ Members may bring a guest(s) to play tennis. Maximum three guests. Please call Reception on 020 8480 4200 24 hours in advance to pay for your guest(s) and please sign in guest(s) at the Security Gatehouse on the day. Social distancing guidelines always apply.

• Singles and doubles are permitted but the rule of 6 applies
• Both 1:1 coaching, and group coaching is permitted for adults and children.
• Max group size for children of 15.
• No socialising before or after activity
• Spectating not allowed
• Parent guardian supervision permitted (one per player)
• Stay at least 2m away from other players (including during play, when taking breaks and before and after play)
• Do not make physical contact with other players (such as shaking hands or high five)
• Avoid chasing the ball down to another court if other players are using it. For doubles, consider agreeing in advance which player will take the shot if a ball travels to the centre of the court

Indoor Tennis – Tier 2

• Only permitted for same household (exemption for U18’s and disabled people)
• 1:1 coaching permitted (coach with one household/bubble only)
• Group coaching not permitted (exemption for group activity for U18’s, disability tennis and education)
• Spectating not allowed
• Parent/guardian supervision permitted (one per player)
• Only those watching a player on court should be in the viewing area.
• Members must leave the court five minutes before the end of their lesson to comply with social distancing
