Join the Halloween Decoration Colouring Competition

 

From Monday 12th October to Wednesday 28th October

 

Pick up a blank decoration from the Health Club Reception and colour it in – be as creative as possible!

 

Put your name and membership number on the back and hang it on our special display in the Juice Bar.

 

The best three decorations will be chosen on 28th October, with a prize for each one.

 

Prizes to be collected from the Health Club Reception. No alternative prizes are available.

 

For Juniors aged up to 14 years. Only one decoration per Member.

Parent and Baby Yoga

 

Free classes Wednesdays 12.45–1.45pm

Bond and move with your baby while meeting other parents and babies. Learn breathing techniques, relax, stretch, and begin to regain strength.

Important Information

Suitable for babies from 8 weeks to 12 months.
Any mothers who have had Caesarean births should not start before 12 weeks.
All parents who have given birth and all babies should have the medical OK from their GP or medical advisors before starting the class (or any form of exercise).
All participants must fill up PARQ form prior attending any class with the Gym team.

Holiday sports camps where each day is jam-packed with squash, padel, tennis, pickleball, kickboxing, kids gym, swimming and much more. Join in for a range of sports with professional coaches to learn skills, build fitness and make new friends. Advance camp booking available.

Teen sports camps

Half-day teen sports camps are jam-packed with tennis, padel or squash and different fitness sessions for Juniors aged 11 to 15 years. Join us for a range of sports with professional instructors to learn skills, build fitness and make new friends.

Half Term Intensive Swim Crash Courses

 

Weekdays 19th to 30th October

 

Boost your swimming skills with our private, intensive crash courses, designed for both juniors and adults of all ages and abilities. Led by our qualified instructors, these sessions focus on developing aquatic skills and teaching stroke technique. Crash courses are a great way to develop particular skills or jump start your child into our regular lessons. Suitable for children on our current courses, and for adults and children not currently attending any classes.

 

Open to adults and Juniors aged 3 and above. Each lesson is a 30 minute private one-to-one session. All courses £258.

Mini Racquets Half Term Camps

 

Mondays to Thursdays 9.30am to 12pm
19th to 22nd October and 26th to 29th October

 

Each Mini Racquets Camp builds the foundation skills for racket sports and includes hitting (and rallying for those who are able) before a 15-minute snack break and 45 minutes of tennis-themed arts and crafts, colouring and games.

 

Staff to pupil ratio is 1:4/5 each day. Members and Guests £40 per day.

Monkey Music

 

Saturday 7th November at 10–10.40am

In the Garden Room

 

Come along for a very special 40 minute Monkey Music workshop for children aged 1-4 years with catchy music, wonderful sensory resources, percussion instruments, dancing and bubbles, and special friends Monkey and Mo.

 

Enjoy precious time with your little one and experience the joy of learning together through music!

Bubblemaker scuba diving introduction

 

Sunday 15th November 5-7pm

 

Bubblemaker is a fun ‘try dive’ for Juniors aged 8–12 where the kids learn to use full scuba gear poolside before going underwater to practise their new skills through fun games.
