Any mothers who have had Caesarean births should not start before 12 weeks.
All parents who have given birth and all babies should have the medical OK from their GP or medical advisors before starting the class (or any form of exercise).

Boost your swimming skills with our private, intensive crash courses, designed for both juniors and adults of all ages and abilities. Led by our qualified instructors, these sessions focus on developing aquatic skills and teaching stroke technique. Crash courses are a great way to develop particular skills or jump start your child into our regular lessons. Suitable for children on our current courses, and for adults and children not currently attending any classes.
Open to adults and Juniors aged 3 and above. Each lesson is a 30 minute private one-to-one session. All courses £258.

Each Mini Racquets Camp builds the foundation skills for racket sports and includes hitting (and rallying for those who are able) before a 15-minute snack break and 45 minutes of tennis-themed arts and crafts, colouring and games.
Staff to pupil ratio is 1:4/5 each day. Members and Guests £40 per day.

Bubblemaker is a fun ‘try dive’ for Juniors aged 8–12 where the kids learn to use full scuba gear poolside before going underwater to practise their new skills through fun games.
