Monkey Music Workshop

 

Saturday 14th March
10am–10.40am in the Garden Room

 

Come along for a very special 40 minute Monkey Music workshop for children aged 1-4 years with catchy music, wonderful sensory resources, percussion instruments, dancing and bubbles, and special friends Monkey and Mo. It’ll be a lovely opportunity to share precious time with your little one and experience the joy of learning together through music!

Parent and Baby Yoga

 

Free classes

Important Information:
Suitable for babies from 8 weeks to 12 months
Any mothers who have had Caesarean births should not start before 12 weeks.
All parents who have given birth and all babies should have the medical OK from their GP or medical advisors before starting the class (or any form of exercise).
All participants must fill up PARQ form prior attending any class with the Gym team.

Family Spinathon

 

Sunday 22nd March
11.30am – 12pm / 12.15pm – 12.45pm / 1pm – 1.30pm

 

Compete as a family team of one adult and one Junior, cycle as many kilometres as you can in 30 minutes and combine your distances to win prizes!

1st 3-hour PT session
2nd 1-hour PT session
3rd 30-minute PT session

 

Juniors must be between 11 and 15 years old.
Adults must be 16 years old and above.
Maximum of seven family teams per session.

Holiday sports camps

Holiday sports camps where each day is jam-packed with squash, padel, tennis, pickleball, kickboxing, kids gym, swimming and much more. Join in for a range of sports with professional coaches to learn skills, build fitness and make new friends. Advance camp booking available.

 

Sports camps 9.30am to 4pm – Members £73.50 | Guests £78.50 per day
Tennis camps 10.30am to 12pm – Members £26.25 | Guests £31.25 per day

Teen Sports Camps

 

For Juniors aged 11 to 15 years

Monday 13th April to Friday 17th April 1 – 4pm

 

Half-day teen sports camps are jam-packed with tennis, padel or squash and different fitness sessions. Join us for a range of sports with professional instructors to learn skills, build fitness and make new friends.

Easter Holiday Intensive Swim Crash Courses

 

Boost your swimming skills with our private, intensive crash courses, designed for both juniors and adults of all ages and abilities. Led by our qualified instructors, these sessions focus on developing aquatic skills and teaching stroke technique.

 

Open to adults and Juniors aged 3 and above. Each lesson is a 30 minute private one-to-one session.

 

Available sessions and Swim Teacher:
Monday 30th March to Thursday 2nd April with Darren 1–3pm | £206 (four-day course)
Tuesday 7th April to Friday 10th April with Zoe 1–3pm and 4–6pm | £206 (four-day course)

125 Junior Swim Gala

 

Saturday 25th April 1.30–5.30pm

 

Mini Gala: Ducklings and Stages 2 and 3 only 1.30 – 2pm
Swimmers must be able to start independently and swim from a platform to the shallow end of the pool.

 

Main Gala: Juniors aged 7-14 years 2.30 – 5.30pm
25 metre races. Family relay, parent vs staff and more.
