Great British Game Week
November 23rd – 29th November

In the lead up to Great British Game Week, Executive Chef Arnaud will be showcasing some of the beautiful produce we have available in our country.

Wild game is well organised and managed within the UK. Not only does it have a lower carbon footprint than mass produced meat, it is also essential in helping to manage and maintain the stunning British countryside and Royal Parks. Not to mention the health benefits of eating leaner free-range produce.

British game typically includes Venison, Goose, Duck, Pigeon, Grouse, Hare, Rabbit, Partridge and Wild Boar. Arnaud is kicking the season off with Lake District venison pie and a Game burger.
