1.45 – 2.45pm Mature Movers with Lauren, Studio One
7.30 – 8.30am Stretch Pilates with Susanne, Studio Two (no longer Virtual)
9 – 10am Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Juliet, Studio Two (no longer Virtual)
6.30 – 7.15pm Spin with Gabrielle
7.30 – 8.30pm Body Pump with Gabrielle, Studio One
6:30 – 7:30pm Body Pump with John, Studio One
7:45 – 8:30pm Body Balance with John, Studio One
9 – 9.45am Aqua with Korol
10.15 – 11:15am TBW with Lauren (will replace BARRE due to low occupancy and demand for TBW with Lauren), Studio Two
Outdoor Spin Classes
Following lots of positive feedback on the outdoor Spin classes we will continue to provide these classes weather permitting and will review again whether they continue past the October half term.
NEW AQUA CLASS with Korol
Korol will be teaching a new class every Tuesday at 9am and will also take over the Saturday 9am class which will now move from alternate Saturdays to every Saturday at 9am.
NEW MATURE MOVERS CLASS with Lauren
Lauren will be teaching Mature Movers every Tuesday 1.45-2.45pm
Senior Golfer Exercise classes
An online course of five weekly classes with Susanne via zoom. Designed for all Senior Golfers to strengthen the core, spinal rotation with shoulders and the legs to improve flexibility to support their golf and general wellbeing.
No Shows and Late Cancellations
We are still seeing several late cancellations or no shows. Action has been taken with Members who are not being considerate to fellow Members by providing enough notice when cancelling or moving bookings.
We politely remind all Members of the Fitness Class booking policy:
- Bookings can be made three days in advance (from 6:30am daily)
- Under all circumstances, please cancel more than 12 hours in advance.
- All no shows and late cancellations will be blocked from booking for a seven-day period.
- Please be careful and considerate when making bookings to ensure you only book one session.
- Please book the correct session that you wish to attend.
- Please make sure you arrive early for your class.
Online Fitness Class Update
Please see below the up-to-date links to the Online Classes that are currently available. As more and more Members return to Studio Classes, we are reviewing the live classes we offer on a weekly basis.
We will continue to build our weekly On Demand offering of 1,200 classes with such classes like LBT, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT and Core etc as Members can revisit at these at any time that is convenient for them.
Live Class Instructor Update
Jocelyn will be taking a well-deserved break from teaching live classes every Saturday and Sunday. However, we are hoping to have Jocelyn record on demand Yoga and Pilates classes each week so Members can still take part in Jocelyn’s classes. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jocelyn for all of her hard work during this past year in providing weekly online classes.
Juliet will continue to teach the Monday Live class while the Wednesday Class will return to the Studio so that Members can experience the class from a Studio.
Susanne will continue to teach the Live Saturday morning Pilates Class while the Monday and Wednesday Class will return to the Studios.
