Senior Men’s Golf News
August Grail
59 players took part in the third Grail since we resumed golf. Breezy conditions made the competition more challenging and this was reflected in the winning score. However it was all very close with 4 points covering the top 11 players.

2nd Neil Symons 38
3rd Tim Isaac 38
4th Kristoffer Huldt 37
The CSS was 70.
The next competition will be the Seniors Autumn Medal on Wednesday 9th September (start sheet is already open) and the September Grail will take place three weeks later on the 30th (start sheet will open on the 16th).
The Grail will be the final event in the Summer Eclectic (Hamid Lari Trophy) which is lead by Don McKenzie with a Gross 74/Nett 56 on countback from Hassan Dajani with a Gross 77/Nett 56. Roy Martin still leads the Gross competition with 66. If you want to win a prize you have two more opportunities to improve your score!
Winter knockouts and Eclectic
Signup is now available for our two Winter knockouts i.e. the Colum Sharkey (Singles) and the Winter Foursomes plus the Towler Cup (Senior Winter Eclectic). The deadline for the knockouts is the end of September.
