Senior Winter Knockouts

The Club has decided that 2-ball golf will not be permitted for the immediate future so all knockout matches (including the last few summer matches) will have to be postponed until 4-ball golf returns. However we intend to continue with the Winter Eclectic since competitors will be able to enter two scores each month i.e. the Grail and the ‘Midweek’ Stableford.

Seniors’ Christmas event, Thursday 10th December

The start sheet for this event is now open. Once again we will have a two-tee start from 10am with the front 9 being Greensomes and the back 9 being 4BBB. Please enter with a partner (Mixed or Men’s pairs) or ask us to find a partner for you. Sadly we will not be able to enjoy our traditional lunch but we hope to offer some outdoor refreshments e.g. mulled wine and mince pies.

December Grail

This will take place on Wednesday 16th December as scheduled. The start sheet will open for booking on Wednesday 2nd.

Richard Harrison YouTube classes

Many of you will remember that Richard conducted a series of video classes during the lockdown earlier this year. He has now restarted his classes and you should try to join the Wednesday sessions when his focus is usually on Senior Golf. You will also be able to look at all his video classes from the summer. Please see below for the sign-up procedure which he has provided.

Step 1: Go to my page at www.youtube.com/channel/UCuNJ9YrriVnYau5-5EMc0gg/videos

Step 2: Sign in or create a YouTube account. This is simple. All you need is your email address. The sign in tab is ordinarily in the top right hand corner of the page and you can create an account here.
