Parent and Child Tournament

On Saturday 7th December I will be running a Parent and Child tournament. The format will be a round robin tournament. This will be played on a full-size court with yellow/green balls. If you would like to enter please email me. 

Padel Court Update

The planning application for two Padel Courts was submitted to the Council last week and, all being well, we hope to have the courts installed by June 2020. With this in mind and the festive-fun season soon to be upon us, we have arranged some Padel Court time at Bishops Park for Members.

If you would like to try Padel or play Padel again, please let me know as soon as possible. The sessions are limited in numbers but open to all standards – we will mix Members/pairs around on the day.

We will provide more details once places are confirmed. We will run another session in the New Year if demand is high.

18-35’s Club Night

Numbers for this session are rapidly rising so if you fit into this category and fancy a game of tennis on a Monday evening, I would encourage you to come and play between 7:30pm and 9pm. It consists of organised doubles matches and tips. All level’s welcome, and I will group the standards accordingly so please come and show your face. On Monday 9th December I will be running a Christmas Tournament in the session followed by some drinks in the bar. 

Pay and Play

Pay and Play sessions continue to run Mondays and Fridays at 10am until 11:30am and Saturdays at 8:30am until 10am. Please note that there is also an ‘Early risers’ session on a Thursday morning at 6:45am till 8am for those of you that fancy a game before work. These sessions provide a mix of coaching and organised play and are ideal if you cannot commit to a regular lesson.
