She has a particular interest in supporting active individuals who want to continue participating in sport, enhance performance, and build resilience against future injuries.
Whether helping someone recover from an acute injury, manage a long-standing condition, or return to activity following surgery, Carolina believes rehabilitation should always be tailored to the individual. From completing a marathon and returning to the tennis court, to improving mobility for everyday life or maintaining an active lifestyle as the years progress, her goal is to help every patient achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
A strong advocate for preventative healthcare, Carolina places particular emphasis on education, strength and conditioning, movement quality, and injury prevention. She is committed to helping people understand their bodies better and making informed decisions about their physical health.
What particularly attracted Carolina to Pure Sports Medicine at Roehampton Club, is the unique culture of sport, health, and wellbeing that exists throughout the Club community. The opportunity to work in an environment where people are passionate about staying active, improving their performance, and enjoying sport at every stage of life is something she finds especially rewarding.
She is excited to support Members across the Club’s diverse range of activities, including tennis, padel, golf, swimming, running, gym training, and general fitness. Working alongside the wider multidisciplinary team at Pure Sports Medicine, she will help Members access expert care that supports both recovery and long-term performance.
Building strong relationships with patients has always been one of the most rewarding aspects of Carolina’s work. She values taking the time to listen, understand individual concerns, and work collaboratively towards solutions. Her aim is to create a positive and supportive rehabilitation experience that helps people regain confidence in their movement and physical abilities.
As she begins this new chapter at Pure Sports Medicine Roehampton Club, Carolina is looking forward to meeting Members and contributing to the shared commitment between Pure Sports Medicine and Roehampton Club to promote health, wellbeing, and active living.
Whether you’re seeking advice on a recent injury, recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, or looking to improve your physical performance, Carolina offers a professional, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to care.
