My approach to care
My journey into osteopathy began with my own rehabilitation following a shoulder injury from a horse-riding accident. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the recovery process and a passion for helping others regain their strength, confidence, and mobility.
With a master’s degree in Osteopathy, I take an evidence-based, patient-first approach to treatment – one that’s rooted in education, empowerment, and restoring function. I believe that understanding your body is key to managing it well, so I always take the time to explain what’s going on and how we can work together to improve it.
I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from office workers and retirees to Ironman athletes and ultramarathon runners. My clinical interests include sports injuries, neck and postural pain, and I’m currently expanding my skills through further training in acupuncture, shockwave therapy, and Pilates training.
Each session is tailored to your needs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a long-standing issue, or simply looking to maintain your physical wellbeing, I’ll work with you to create a plan that supports your goals and fits your lifestyle.
