Personal Training

Looking to increase your fitness, tone up or lose weight? The Club’s team of personal trainers are committed to helping you achieve your goals.

You will acquire a greater understanding of your own body, its strengths and limitations. Your trainer will support and motivate you while providing variety and progression to your training.

The gym has nine personal trainers trained to the highest standards to help you get the most out of your sessions at the gym.  Our personal trainers are here to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals.

Personal Training and 1-2-1 Pilates price increase 2024

Personal Training and 1-2-1 Pilates prices will increase on 1st January 2024 for all sessions to the following:
