A virtual talk with Inna Wearn, lifestyle and well-being specialist, on how our food and lifestyle choices impact on health and well-being. During this talk you will get insightful information about:

The importance of nutrition for good physical and mental health

♥ What foods will keep you brain ’happy’
♥ Lifestyle choices to improve your wellbeing, especially anxiety and depression

Inna is passionate about supporting clients who would like to lose weight, regain vitality, have more energy, find confidence, restore hormonal balance and improve symptoms of depression and anxiety. Her talk will last approx. 1hr and there will be time for questions at the end.
