Valentine’s Day Dinner review
Thank you to all the Members who ordered our special menu in celebration of Valentine’s Day on Sunday. Orders went out to 125 Members – canapes, 2 courses, chocolate, fudge and prosecco. We had some wonderful feedback …
Please extend our most grateful thanks to the chef for such a superb Valentine’s meal from the Club. It was absolutely excellent and really exciting to unpack it all with those little hearts everywhere! I felt like a real professional chef as I dutifully followed the cooking instructions. The food was so delicious and very special indeed. Well done!
I would like to let you know how much we enjoy the Valentine’s Dinner ordered from the Club. It is the first meal I have not prepared and cooked since November! It was a real treat and the attention to detail in its packing and presentation was wonderful. Please give our thanks to the chef and his team. There is an enormous amount of work that goes into the preparation, packing and instructions and we greatly appreciated it.
Just to say we thought the Valentine’s dinner was excellent. We had the duck and lemon posset and they were absolutely delicious, not to mention the canapés which were substantial. We couldn’t manage the chocolates afterwards but look forward to having them later. Compliments to the chef.

We are a little bit heavier today and still have a few sweet things left to remind us.
We have used a number of eat-at-home chefs’ meals and this was one of the best. It was very competitively priced.

Thank you for a wonderful meal enjoyed by two singletons who were fed up eating on our own. Neither of us would normally celebrate Valentine’s Day but the menu was so tempting … and Zoom was different although not sure I would do it again. We were really impressed by all the details and enjoyed assembling them without having to do all the hard work of preparation!! The canapés were really delicious and well thought out as was the duck, dessert and petit fours. Well done all!
