Fitness Timetable – Bank Holiday, Monday 31st May 2021

10–10.45am   LBT with Julia, S1
10.30-11.30am   Ballet Fit with Ayesha
12-12.30pm   Virtual Express Spin with Tanysha
1.45-2.45pm   Pilates with Lauren
6.30-8pm   Sivananda Yoga with Alison, S2

The Fitness Class Timetable will return to normal on Tuesday.

Susanne Iseli will be away from 31st May until 5th June:

◊ Virtual Classes will not take place during this time.
◊ All Studio Classes will be covered during this time, for further information on who is covering each class please speak to the Health Club Reception.

We will continue to offer as many classes as possible across all avenues of our timetable, this means that we are running slightly fewer classes indoors so that we may continue to offer Members the opportunity to continue with Outdoor Bootcamps, Outdoor Spinning and Virtual Classes as feedback has been very positive for all of these to continue.

As always, we will review the success of each class and monitor feedback so that we can continue to improve and strengthen our timetable offering.

Fancy a Virtual Solo Spin experience? We have over 20 recorded classes to choose from taught by Roy, Tanysha. These classes are from our online platform of classes and we are recording more content and we are also working on improving the quality of the videos.

Solo Spin Classes will be 45mins in length and can be booked on the same time slots as Gym sessions throughout the week. For further Class booking information please see below.

Now that Classes have returned indoors there will be a reduction to the number of Classes we offer Live on a weekly basis, we have kept those classes that are popular available and will continue to add to our On Demand offering of 1,200 classes which Members can revisit at any time.
