11:20 – 12pm Aqua with Ayesha

11:30 – 12:30 Body Balance with Tom

6:30pm – 7:30pm Body Pump Gabrielle, S1

7:45pm – 8:30pm Spin with Gabrielle

Hydro Spin Update

Following Member feedback, the Sunday Hydro Spin class will change to a 40-minute class starting on Sunday 8th August, the class will be from 8:10am to 8:50am.

Hydro Spin class cover and cancellations:

 – Friday 6th August cancelled
 – Tuesday 10th August – covered by Cat
 – Friday 13th August cancelled

Aqua Class cover

 – Friday 6th August covered by Susan
 – Monday 9th August HIIT Aqua covered by Cat

Class Cover

 Susanne – will be away from 17th July until 23rd August

            *All Studio based classes are covered during this time

            *Virtual Classes will take place on 2nd August

 Juliet – will be away from 29th July until 6th September, classes will re-commence when returns.

No Shows and Late Cancellations

We are still seeing several late cancellations or no shows. Action has been taken with Members who are not being considerate to fellow Members by providing enough notice when cancelling or moving bookings.

We politely remind all Members of the Fitness Class booking policy:

 – Bookings can be made 3 days in advance (from 6:30am daily)
 – Under all circumstances, please cancel more than 12hrs in advance.
 – All no shows and late cancellations will be blocked from booking for a 7-day period.
 – Please be careful and considerate when making bookings to ensure you only book one session.
 – Please book the correct session that you wish to attend.
 – Please make sure you arrive early for your class.

Online Fitness Class Update

Now that Classes have returned indoors there will be a reduction to the number of Classes we offer Live on a weekly basis, we have kept those classes that are popular available and will continue to add to our On Demand offering of 1,200 classes which Members can revisit at any time.
