Fitness Class Update

Following Member feedback regarding evening classes we have new classes to the timetable starting over the next two weeks, please see below for more details.

NEW Evening Classes

Tuesdays *W/C 28th June

6:30pm – 7pm HIIT Spin with Geri
7:15pm – 8:15pm Body Pump with Geri, S2

Wednesdays *W/C 21st June

6:30pm – 7:30pm Body Pump Gabrielle, S1
7:45pm – 8:30pm Spin with Gabrielle

New weekly LBT on-demand class

Susanne will be pre-recording an LBT Class which will be uploaded every Monday.

Upcoming timetable changes

  • Susanne’s Saturday 19th June 9am Pilates Class will not be live and Susanne has pre-recorded a new class which will be uploaded in advance.
  • Juliet will be away on Monday 5th July – please make use of one of her pre-recorded classes
  • Susanne will no longer teach the Thursday evening Pilates Class, there are 3 other Pilates Classes uploaded each week with Susanne to watch

 Fitness Class Timetable – June 2021

No Shows and Late Cancellations

We are seeing an increase in the number of late cancellations or no shows. Action has been taken with Members who are not being considerate to fellow Members by providing enough notice when cancelling or moving bookings.

We politely remind all Members of the Fitness Class booking policy:

  • Bookings can be made three days in advance (from 6:30am daily)
  • Under all circumstances, please cancel more than 12hrs in advance.
  • All no shows and late cancellations will be blocked from booking for a 7-day period.
  • Please be careful and considerate when making bookings to ensure you only book one session.
  • Please book the correct session that you wish to attend.
  • Please make sure you arrive early for your Class.

Now that Classes have returned indoors there will be a reduction to the number of classes we offer Live on a weekly basis, we have kept those classes that are popular available and will continue to add to our On-Demand offering of 1,200 classes which Members can revisit at any time.
