Clubhouse Rules Reminder and Etiquette for Dining Areas
◊ Members are welcome to bring guests to dine in all food and beverage areas. Guests must be signed in at the Gatehouse.
◊ Food and refreshments from home may not be brought into the Club to be consumed on site
◊ Mobile phone calls are not permitted other than the changing rooms or car parks and should always be switched to silent mode, this includes in the Piazza Pavilion and gardens
◊ Laptops and other electronic devices may be used quietly in the Bandstand, Club Café, Reading Room, Piazza Pavilion or Juice Bar but cannot be used for business purposes in groups. If you would like to book a meeting room please ask the Events Team
◊ Juniors aged 12 and over may dine in the Members Bar under strict and constant supersvision of their Member parents /guardians. Adults accompanied by children aged 11 and under should use the Club Café for dining and drinking
◊ Children aged 11 and under may eat with their family in the Juice Bar, gardens, Club Café and Piazza Pavilion.
◊ Sports bags, rackets and the wearing of spikes are not permitted in the Bar areas, Club Café or Restaurant. Storage areas are available
◊ Members and guests must wear smart casual dress or clean sportswear when using dining areas
◊ Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted on the Bar Terrace or inside the Clubhouse at any time.
◊ Corkage fees: £15 wine, £20 champagne.
Clubhouse Etiquette
◊ Children aged 11 and under are not permitted in the Members Bar.
◊ Please do not let your children walk/run unsupervised around the Clubhouse for their safety while staff are carrying hot food and drink around the upstairs areas.
◊ Members and guests may wear hats in the Clubhouse except in the Polo Room and Garden Restaurant.
◊ Members may wear golf shoes (with no metal or plastic spikes) in the Members’ Bar, as long as they are cleaned before entry.
