During lockdown I gave a series of backgammon lectures in support of my local charity, React, and many of you were kind enough to support that very worthwhile cause. Many thanks to all of you for your contributions.
Today the world faces a huge crisis because of Putin’s invasion of Ukraine. In order to raise money in support of the Ukrainian people, money that they desperately need, I will be giving a new lecture. Entitled Backgammon Tactics, it is my attempt to summarise some of the key things that I have learnt about the game in over forty years of playing. The more I play the more I learn, and this is my way of passing on the knowledge that I have acquired over the years.

To register for the lecture you need to do two things:
1) Send an email to me at chris.bray@btconnect.com
2) Donate a minimum of £25 to the Ukrainian appeal at www.dec.org.uk
Note: If you are registering from outside the UK and want to use a different Ukrainian charity appeal please feel free to do so.
Registrations are initially limited to 100 attendees but I may be able to increase that if there is sufficient demand.
