As part of the 125 Festival of Events, take a look below at the special golf events coming up this summer. Spectators are invited to celebrate the Centenary Gold Cup and Pro Am next month, followed by the 125 Festival of Golf – over two weeks of traditional favourites and exciting new events …
Join us to watch a special Pro Am as we welcome a distinguished group of professionals, including past Gold Cup competitors and winners to mark the centenary of this historic competition.
Players arrive at 8am to enjoy a delicious breakfast, then compete in teams with three Members.
Afternoon tea, drinks and prizegiving to follow. Play from 10am to 2pm, spectators welcome.
Join us in celebrating the Ladies’ Open Gold Challenge Cup’s centenary year and Roehampton Club’s 125th anniversary year and watch some of the top female golfers in the country play the Roehampton Club course.
Free Member spectator event.
Four ball team competition, with on course prizes such as nearest the pin, straightest drive and beat the Pro, plus the opportunity to purchase a drive from the Golf Operations Team!
£15 per person, all proceeds go to the Ladies’ Golf Captain’s Charity – The Baked Bean Charity.
Refreshments served at the Halfway Hut during the round, plus afternoon tea in the Roehampton Room after golf.

£10 per person. Refreshments served at the Halfway Hut during the round and opportunity to pre-order lunch after golf for a short prizegiving.

Invite a member from another club to play the Roehampton Club course. Pairings must be mixed.
£125 per pair. This includes breakfast and tea / coffee, refreshments at the Halfway Hut and a delicious barbecue after golf.
Sign up will be at Reception or via the Members’ website. An email will be sent via Intelligent Golf when booking opens.
Get together for a fun family team competition with plenty of on course and team prizes, before enjoying drinks and a short prizegiving on the terrace.
Pairs competition, can be any family combination such as mother and son, father and daughter or grandson and grandma. Anything except couples.
£5 per person. Book your family’s tee time on Intelligent Golf.
Sign up opens Sunday 17th May at 7am.
Local clubs and organisations have been invited to enter a pairing for this competition, playing alongside Members who will be invited to take part in this event. 2pm shotgun start.
Tea / coffee and bacon rolls before golf, halfway hut refreshments and a two-course buffet dinner after golf.
Four Ball Better Ball Stableford and on-course prizes.
£15 – all proceeds go to the Men’s Golf Captains’ Charity – Home-Start Wandsworth Refreshments will be served in the Halfway Hut and a prizegiving will take place in the Members’ Bar after golf.
Sign up opens via IntelligentGolf on Saturday 23rd May at 8am.
Two shotgun starts in one day! 8.30am and 1.30pm.
Teams of four, two play better ball in the morning and the afternoon pair try and better the scores from the morning pair on each hole. The final score is a Stableford eclectic score of the team of four.
Refreshments at the Halfway Hut for both shotgun starts. Short prizegiving in the Members’ Bar after the second shotgun. Open to both Five Day and Full Playing Members.
£10 per person. Sign up will be via Intelligent Golf, an email will go round to notify Members when sign up opens. This will open earlier than the normal two-week window.
Play with authentic hickory golf clubs. Edwardian fancy dress is encouraged! 9 holes, shotgun start at 4pm. £12.50 per person.
