After reviewing the gym usage we are pleased to announce you can officially book two, back to back gym sessions if you want longer than the standard 45 minute session. You still need to exit the gym during the 15 minute cleaning window but can then return to your workout following this period.

How can I get energy in winter?

What exercises increase energy?

In addition to walking, experts say other forms of exercise that help increase “calm energy” are yogaPilates, Tai Chi, and, sometimes, resistance strength training, particularly when done with slow, deliberate motions.

 

How can I exercise in winter?

It is a good idea to begin with a gentle aerobic exercise like jogging in place or doing jumping jacks before heading outside. Spend five to ten minutes doing this, then, when you step out, you’ll already be warm. Dressing properly can also help. Wear layers so that you can peel them off as your body temperature increases.
