Updates to fitness class timetable

New classes by Susanne:

– hydro: starting Tuesday 1st September- 11.10-11.40am

– aqua: starting Friday 4th September – 9.05-9.45am

Upcoming Bank Holiday Monday timetable

All virtual classes cancelled August Bank Holiday Monday

Changes to Studio and Bootcamp classes:
8.45-9.30am – HIIT and Core – Gym Staff
9.30 -10.15am – Spin – Tanysha
10.30-11.15am – Bootcamp – Gym Staff

Fitness Class Timetable

The Roehampton Club Gym and Studios App is a great way to access all things that the health club has to offer during these unprecedented times. The app looks like this (left) in your App Store on both Apple and Android.

 

The only thing you will need to do is set up a mywellness account, any issues with this please speak to the gym team. When you log in this screen will appear:

 

 

This will give you direct links to the Virtual Classes platform, bookings for the gym and swimming pool and you can access the timetable we have running currently.

 

The app isn’t just for easy access to all of these features you can have a programme with one of the gym team and you will then have a workout at your finger tips!

 

Meaning you do not need to carry around anything extra in the gym and it tracks your progress!

This way you see progression and the gym team have access to your program if you need any adjustments made.

 

The app also links up to your Strava, Fitbit and many other fitness accounts!
