I have over 30 years’ experience in the fitness industry and a degree in ‘Sports and Exercise Science’. I have just come on board as a full time fitness trainer and for the next month am offering 20 complimentary taster personal training sessions to get to know you all. On a Wednesday morning at 8.45am I also teach a Les Mils GRIT class. GRIT is a high intensity interval training class, designed to push you to the max and burn ultimate calories within half an hour.

Do roughly 25 reps or 30 seconds of each one … depending on how much rest you want.
