FAQs

Will I be able to change before my class?

To begin with Members must still come ‘Swim Ready’ or ‘Class Ready’ and change on poolside.

Why is the Class 40mins long and not 45mins?

The duration of the class must run within a normal pool booking session. This is to ensure there is not a crossover between different sessions and thereby increasing the number of Members attending sessions.

You can now attend more than one class per week?

As promised, we have reviewed usage for both Hydro and Aqua Classes and have made the decision to allow Members to book and attend more than one Aqua or Hydro Spin Class per week.

We will continue to monitor usage to ensure there is a fair opportunity for Members to attend Classes.

Do I have to use the Changing Room?

No. If you would prefer to continue to dry off on poolside and leave via the Entrance Gate, you can.

How many people will participate in the Class?

Adults = 10 max at any one time

IMPORTANT: This is to meet social distancing guidance as advised by our Health and Safety Consultants.

Will the Aqua equipment be cleaned?

Yes. All Aqua equipment will be sanitised after every class.

Can I bring my own equipment for the class?

Yes. This is recommended but we understand this is not always possible, so equipment will be available.

Will I be able to use a Changing Room after the class?

Yes. If the class takes place in the Indoor Pool.

Can we have Adult Lanes to do our own exercises or rehab in?

We will be introducing an ‘Adult Single Lane’ for one Member to book on the below days and Times from Monday 21st September. This will be available for all Members to book and provides pool space for those who wish to complete water or rehabilitation exercises rather than a lane swim.

Bookings can only be made by calling Reception on 020 8480 4245. Please specify that it is this activity you wish to book so the team are fully aware.

Adult Single Lane Swim Availability

Monday: 10am, 11am and 1pm
Tuesday: 9am, 10am, 11am and 1pm
Wednesday: 9am, 10am, 11am and 1pm
Thursday: 10am and 1pm
Friday: 10am, 11am and 1pm

* Please do not book family swim sessions, due to term time we have reduced the availability of these sessions and they must be available strictly for family use.
